Korah was once a leper colony and today it is home
to some of the most impoverished people in Ethiopia’s capital.
Korah was built around the city’s landfill and it has become, to some of it’s residents, their only resource.
Life in the dump
From food to water and clothing
anything can be found in the trash dump.
children work in the dump everyday to find what they need to survive.
“Help Korah” seeks to rescue children out of the trash dump
by providing monthly sponsorship.
Sponsored children receive food, education, clothing and the hope of a better tomorrow, a tomorrow where they no longer feel cursed but blessed and loved.
